Working with Washington’s Department of Ecology, Shelter One designed their structural steel framed shelter specific to the department’s requirements. Included was a complete PE stamped drawing package with structural and energy calculations. Design review and inspection was performed by the Washington Department of Labor and Industries for compliance to state and local building codes.

The shelter included an OSHA compliant and engineered roof rail system that included a ladder; safety gate and safety walk pads. Also provided was an engineered raised galvanized deck truss system to accommodate rooftop analyzers.
